Hello, I just happened upon this Blog, and I am moving to SB soon and I am also completely confused as to the variables and nuances of the different areas, not to mention prices. There is a lot of hit/miss in the neighborhoods,it seems. One nice house, next to a rental in disrepair, next to a business/workspace, next to a deli.
